# Campus Grading Framework

**TLDR:** The µLearn Campus Grading Framework is a standardized, data-driven system that measures a campus chapter's alignment with the µLearn ecosystem from Grade D (Emerging) to Grade A (Elite). It is a shared responsibility between student leadership and institutional management.

The µLearn Campus Leveling Framework is a standardized, data-driven system designed to measure the alignment of an institution with the global µLearn ecosystem. Unlike traditional extracurricular models, this framework views campus success as a collective responsibility shared between the College Management and the Student Leadership Team.

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Key Definitions</mark>

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Mument**</mark>\
A 30-day regular initiative to move learners from "Consuming Knowledge" to "Building Proof-of-Work."

* **Requirement:** Participation and local organization of Mument cycles are mandatory for all chapters.
* **Objective:** To drive consistent project output and ensure learners transition from consumption to creation within a disciplined, time-bound framework.
* **Shared Duty:** Student leads organize the sprints; Management recognizes these projects within the internal academic/assessment framework.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**Impact Project**</mark>\
A domain-specific initiative taken by students or professionals within an Interest Group (IG) to create measurable positive change.

* **The Model:** Projects typically follow a "Learn-Build-Deploy" cycle. An IG first conducts a learning cohort and then applies those skills to solve a problem.
* **Scope:** Projects may impact the campus internal community or external stakeholders.
* **Institutional Role:** Management provides the data and the "green light" to implement these solutions on campus.

<mark style="color:$primary;">**µSpace**</mark>\
The physical manifestation of µLearn culture on campus, provided by the institution's management.

* **Mini µSpace (Grade B):** A shared, dedicated space provided for student collaborations and Learning Circle meetings.
* **Physical µSpace (Grade A):** A permanent, branded innovation lab, ideally accessible 24/7, that serves as a hub for high-level project development and community interaction.

### <mark style="color:$primary;">What Each Grade Unlocks</mark>

The grading assigned to a campus chapter dictates the level of direct partnership between the Institution and the µLearn Foundation.

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Chapter Status & Probation</mark>

* **Grade C Warning:** Chapters remaining at Grade C without a growth plan are viewed as "Stagnant."
* **Termination:** Continued lack of institutional interest or student leadership output will result in the formal termination of the chapter.

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Review & Appeals Process</mark>

* **Audit:** Conducted every 6 months by the Campus Activation Team.
* **Shared Evidence:** Proof of work must include both student project logs and management's infrastructural support logs.
* **Tenure Policy:** Grading criteria are subject to revision every tenure. Any changes will be officially communicated to all Campus Leads and Chapter Enablers.
