# How to Start a Campus Chapter

**TLDR:** Before the launch sequence begins, a new campus must demonstrate readiness at least 5 students at Level 4, a formal application for the Lead position, and an interview conducted by the Campus Activation Team.

Before the launch sequence begins, a new campus must demonstrate its readiness through these steps:

* **Expression of Interest:** Interested students must first apply for the Lead position.
* **Technical Threshold:** Following the application, the campus must have at least 5 students reach Level 4 on their µLearn profiles to unlock IG Tasks.
* **Interview:** Once the threshold is met, interviews to choose the campus lead will commence.

Interviews for new campus chapters are scheduled and conducted by the **Campus Activation Team** from the µLearn Foundation (including District Leads, Zonal Leads, and Associates).

All candidates are assessed using a standardized evaluation sheet to ensure transparency and merit-based selection. Exactly one Campus Lead is chosen from the interviewed candidates to head the chapter.

Manual Intervention: New campus chapter applications and Campus Lead interviews are managed by the Campus Activation Team. Contact \[<campus@mulearn.org>] to begin the process.

→ Once appointed, go to **\[The 6-Week Onboarding Roadmap]** to begin the launch sequence.
