# Initiatives Directory

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Initiatives Overview</mark>

**TLDR:** Initiatives are structured, time-bound programs that run on top of the μLearn protocol designed to create specific real-world outcomes. Your Karma determines your eligibility. Your Proof of Work determines your standing.

The core protocol μID, Karma, PoW, Interest Groups, Learning Circles creates the infrastructure.Initiatives create the **moments of concentrated impact.**

Every initiative in μLearn uses the same underlying protocol:

* **μID** - identity verification and participant tracking
* **Karma** - eligibility threshold and ranking
* **Proof of Work** - contribution evidence and output validation

The initiative adds its own specific logic, timeline, and outcome on top.
