μFoundry is where μLearners get their first real experience working with people from the real world on real problems, alongside startup founders, professionals, NGOs, and independent builders while they are still learning.

What It Is

Imagine a learner who has spent a year in μLearn. She has done tasks, earned Karma, built small projects. People call her talented and active. But inside, she has a quiet doubt:

"I know how to do things in μLearn. But I have never worked with someone who is already in the industry. I don't know how real work actually feels." She is good in the pool. But she has never been in the ocean.

To give μLearners a simple, safe, and honest first experience of working with real people on real problems while they are still learning in their interest groups. No theory can replace the feeling of sending your first update email, showing your first draft to a founder, or hearing "this actually helped us" from an NGO lead. μFoundry wants every serious μLearner to feel that once.
