Like the IG Lead this role is earned and assessed. Not self-selected.

The assessment checks:

* Community contribution history on campus
* Understanding of the μLearn protocol and campus node responsibilities
* Leadership capacity and reliability
* Commitment to sustained community health not just launch events

Campus Leads are responsible for:

* **Onboarding** new members to μLearn and their profile
* **Activating** Interest Groups and Learning Circles on campus
* **Organising** campus-level events, challenges, and sessions
* **Maintaining** the minimum activity threshold required for node status
* **Reporting** campus activity to the core team on a regular cadence

* Monitor engagement levels and identify disengaged members early
* Ensure the campus community reflects μLearn's values open, merit-based, inclusive
* Resolve local conflicts before they escalate
* Celebrate campus-level wins publicly on leaderboards, social media, community channels

### <mark style="color:$primary;">Reporting and Coordination</mark>

* Submit regular **activity reports** to the core team member count, active LCs, IG participation, events
* Coordinate with **IG Leads** for domain-specific activation on campus
* Flag **resource needs** mentors, challenges, partner connections to the core team
* Represent the campus at regional and national μLearn gatherings Mutate, Permute
