Contributor

A contributor is a learner who has moved beyond passive participation into active community building. They are not yet in a formal leadership role. But they are the connective tissue of the ecosystem the people who make things happen between formal leadership layers.

Who Contributors Are

Contributors are learners who:

• Consistently submit and get validated PoW
• Actively participate in peer validation
• Help onboard newer members informally
• Show up at events, sessions, and community spaces
• Have demonstrated reliability over time

There is no formal appointment. Contribution is recognised through Karma, through community reputation, and through the roles that naturally open up as a result.

How to Become a Contributor

There is no application. There is no appointment.You become a Contributor by showing up consistently, contributing quality work, helping others grow, and demonstrating that you can be relied upon.The community notices. The Karma reflects it. The roles follow.

How Contributors Grow Into Leads

The transition from Contributor to IG Lead or Campus Lead is driven by:

• Sustained contribution over time
• Demonstrated reliability and quality
• Willingness to take on community responsibility
• Recognition by peers and existing leads
• Passing the assessment process for the specific role

Contributors who consistently show up, help others, and maintain quality are the natural candidates for lead roles.
