Contributors are learners who:

* Consistently submit and get validated PoW
* Actively participate in peer validation
* Help onboard newer members informally
* Show up at events, sessions, and community spaces
* Have demonstrated reliability over time

* Passing the assessment process for the specific role

Contributors who consistently show up, help others, and maintain quality are the natural candidates for lead roles.
